FOUR WAYS TO SUBMIT YOUR INVESTIGATIVE ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Online via CaseSTATS our case management system. (CaseSTATS Sign-up)
2. Via fax at 714.751.9962 with your form or ours. (See Form selection below)
3. Electronically via email at info@arguswest.com
4. Verbally by contacting our administrative staff during business hours.

*If you are a registered CaseSTATS client or plan on registering before submitting your request, there is no need to use the above forms. Proceed directly to CaseSTATS login where your assignment can be submitted via our online format.
