Since
1981 the Argus Agency has been a leading provider of professional
investigative services nationwide with principal offices located

partnership exists with its former corporate parent still
headquartered in Chicago, so as to mutually enhance the capabilities
of both companies. Cases are routinely referred between the
offices to ensure the most appropriate cost effective resources
are utilized for their clients throughout the country.

West is a mid-size private investigative firm that can offer
the experience, expertise and diversity of the national companies,
along with the personal service, commitment and quality control,
that the larger firms seem to neglect. They are able to adapt

Equally important is access to their administrative staff
that can be reached Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. for any request or assignment referral. Your call
will never be met by a voicemail announcement or answering
service during regular business hours. If the office staff
is unable to assist you, the Operations Manager or Client
Relations person will be contacted immediately via two-way
to promptly return your call. All staff members are issued
Nextel Communicators that can be linked to client networks
for instant communication upon request.
Continuing
to add value to their already diverse list of services, Argus
West has created a virtual case management system entitled
CaseSTATS. Utilizing this
internet based product, registered clients of Argus West can
view the assignments they have made via CaseSTATS
including an updated case chronology, reports, video and billing,
all of which is accessible via the internet 24 hours a day
from any location. Cases in progress are updated several times
throughout the day keeping you abreast of details in near
real time. You are notified via email whenever an update is
entered or a video, report or billing is posted for review.
Interactivity allows you to provide direction or request further
details while your assignment is still in progress. You can
electronically transfer reports and videos to third parties
such as attorneys and physicians from your desk.
